TOSPL is proud to have a great leader – Mr Ramesh Sharma, a renowned academician and researcher. He felt the need of qualty assessment system in India. He observed the convergence among three fields : ‘technology’, ‘education’ and ‘research’. He started TOSPL based on above converging fields. He conceive a vision for Online Examination as a future assessment method in India.
